You can view and track all your past orders in your user profile. Simply log in with your account details and select “Orders.”
If you’d like to change, cancel, or add items to your order, please send us a request via our contact form. For quicker processing of cancellations, use the subject line CANCELLATION and don’t forget to include your order number.
Please note that once the shipping process has started, we may no longer be able to make changes, as we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, we’ll do our best to assist you.
With your order confirmation, you also received our cancellation policy and the corresponding cancellation form.
