I would like to return ordered products.

You’re not satisfied with the product you received and would like to exchange it for a different one?

Products ordered from Vonmählen can be returned within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

Please ensure the item is undamaged and in a reusable condition.

Items received for free as part of a promotion must be included in the return if you're sending back the entire order.

If you’d like to return your order, please use our return portal. You can also send items from different orders in one package—just make sure to register both orders in the portal.

Please use the provided return documents, as we cannot cover any costs incurred otherwise. Free returns are only available within Germany. You will receive a free return label from us, which must be used for returns within Germany. If the label is not used, we won’t be able to refund the shipping costs.

We cannot offer reimbursement for return shipping costs from outside Germany.

As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the original invoice amount. Please note that due to high demand, it may take up to 28 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
